SCOOTER RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Driver Requirements

• Riders must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid international or local driving license is required.
• You must have basic riding experience before renting.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking is confirmed via WhatsApp or direct contact.
• Full payment is required at delivery or before use.
• Prices may change depending on availability.

3. Usage Rules

• Scooters are for normal road use only.
• Off-road and beach riding are not allowed.
• The renter is fully responsible during the rental period.

4. Delivery & Return

• We provide delivery in Canggu , Seseh, Pererenan, Berawa, Umalas, Seminyak, Kerobokan , Kuta Utara.
• Scooters must be returned on time at the agreed location.
• Late return may incur additional charges.

5. Damage & Responsibility

• Any damage or loss is the renter’s responsibility.
• In case of accident, contact us immediately.
• Repair costs will be charged accordingly.

6. Safety & Liability

• Helmet must be worn at all times.
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Traffic & Legal

• All traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility.
• Scooters must not be taken outside Bali.

CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Driver Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid driving license is required.
• For self drive, prior driving experience is required.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking must be confirmed in advance.
• Payment is required before or at vehicle handover.
• Rates may vary depending on duration and season.

3. Usage Rules

• Vehicles must be used for normal road travel only.
• Reckless driving or illegal use is strictly prohibited.
• The renter is responsible during the rental period.

4. Self Drive & With Driver

• Self drive is available for selected vehicles only.
• With driver service includes a professional driver.
• Fuel and parking may depend on package selected.

5. Delivery & Return

• Cars can be delivered to your location in Bali.
• Return must follow the agreed schedule.
• Late return may result in extra charges.

6. Damage & Responsibility

• Any damage, loss, or negligence is the renter’s responsibility.
• Accidents must be reported immediately.
• Repair or compensation costs will apply.

7. Liability & Insurance

• We are not responsible for personal belongings.
• Travel insurance is recommended for all renters.

8. Traffic & Area

• Traffic fines are the renter’s responsibility.
• Vehicles are not allowed to leave Bali without permission.
